Measurement: How to prove remote training is working

A remote or hybrid training program should not end when the course is completed. It should end when the desired behavior becomes easier, more consistent, and more visible.

Use this scorecard after launch.

Measurement questions for HR and L&D

Ask these in your monthly review:

  1. Which groups are progressing as expected?
  2. Which groups are stalled?
  3. Are remote employees completing training at the same rate as hybrid or office-based employees?
  4. Which managers need support reinforcing the program?
  5. Which modules have the lowest completion or quiz scores?
  6. Are employees asking fewer repeat questions?
  7. What feedback suggests the training is unclear or hard to apply?
  8. What business metric should improve if this training is working?
