Step 6: Measure partner enablement impact

Completion rates are useful, but they are not enough.

A partner who completes training may still be inactive. A partner who earns certification may still need coaching. A partner who logs in frequently may still be looking for answers because the content is unclear.

Measure partner enablement across four levels.

Level 1: Participation

Are partners engaging with the program?

Metrics:

  • Invitation acceptance rate
  • Login rate
  • Course enrollment
  • Course completion
  • Event attendance
  • Playbook views
  • Support tickets submitted

Level 2: Readiness

Are partners learning what they need to know?

Metrics:

  • Assessment scores
  • Certification completion
  • Scenario performance
  • Compliance status
  • Expired or expiring certifications
  • Time to complete onboarding
  • Readiness level by partner group

Level 3: Application

Are partners applying the training correctly?

Metrics:

  • Correct process usage
  • Fewer repeated support questions
  • Quality review outcomes
  • Partner manager feedback
  • Customer handoff accuracy
  • Use of approved templates and messaging

Level 4: Business impact

Is partner enablement improving outcomes?

Metrics:

  • Time to first deal or first successful delivery
  • Partner-sourced revenue
  • Partner retention
  • Customer satisfaction by partner
  • Support volume by partner group
  • Compliance incidents
  • Product adoption or implementation quality
