Microsoft Lists isn't your typical to-do list software. This excellent information tracking program in Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) stores many bits of information about each item on a list and lets you see it in a variety of ways. With product inventories, bug trackers, detailed event schedules, and more, lists may help a team keep on track and organized. This brief course is designed to assist users in becoming more familiar with Lists.
In this course, students will get familiar with basic list concepts and Lists’s use cases. They will learn how to update their freshly generated list, customize the Lists app and adjust the layout, build additional custom views (including a calendar view), and share lists with others in their company or organization. Because Microsoft Lists and Microsoft Teams are integrated, we’ll also demonstrate how to create and collaborate on Lists in Teams. By the end of this course, students will be able to create a list and enter data into columns and share it with people they want.
