Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of Cybersecurity, AI, Data, Digital Marketing, and related fields, along with proficiency in using online tools, particularly Google Workspace. You will be responsible for operating in-person and online workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run online workshops and webinars in Cybersecurity, AI, Data, and other technical subjects.
• Utilize online tools, especially Google Workspace, to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Assess learners' progress and provide feedback to ensure understanding and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to keep our courses relevant and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our training programs and methodologies.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive technical curriculum.
• Gather and analyze feedback from learners to improve future training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role in the e-learning industry.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity, AI, Data, and other technical subjects.
• Proficiency in using online tools, particularly Google Workspace.
• Excellent English and Finnish language skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in teaching online.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
