Overview
We are looking for a Non-Profit Partnership Coordinator to establish and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, drive partnership agreements and sales, and support their community members in accessing educational opportunities. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, as well as a passion for helping non-profits leverage TechClass’ learning solutions to make an impact.
The ideal candidate is experienced in partnership development, outreach, and community engagement, with a background in working with non-profits, social impact initiatives, or corporate social responsibility programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with non-profit organizations to develop strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and sales tailored to non-profit needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-profit partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Support non-profit community members by facilitating access to educational resources and training.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand TechClass’ presence within the non-profit sector.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that learning solutions align with non-profits' missions and objectives.
- Coordinate marketing and communication efforts to promote partnership programs.
- Track and report on partnership success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on trends and funding opportunities in the non-profit and education sectors to drive new collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership development, non-profit engagement, or sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales or fundraising within the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Passion for education, social impact, and community development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives is a plus.
