Overview

We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to drive corporate sales, develop strategic business relationships, and expand TechClass’ reach within organizations. This role focuses on identifying and engaging businesses, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and promoting our eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven professional with experience in corporate training, SaaS, or eLearning sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, HR leaders, and training managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, educational institutions, and public sector organizations.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads.
  • Present TechClass learning solutions and demonstrate their value to corporate clients.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple enterprise accounts.
  • Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
  • Understanding of corporate training needs and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Experience in eLearning, SaaS, or corporate training solutions are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Finnish is mandatory for this role.
