Russell Iwhiwhu is an experienced project manager and business analyst from Nigeria. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration, Finance, and Economics. With several years of experience, Russell has worked in both Nigeria and abroad, demonstrating his skills in different professional settings. Despite his extensive background, Russell's desire for learning and growth remains strong.

Russell's journey with TechClass started with a keen interest in expanding his knowledge of technology. He is passionate about lifelong learning and staying current with industry trends. “At the moment, I am also a lifelong learner. It's one of the reasons I got into TechClass," he explains.

Russell has completed multiple trainings at TechClass, each contributing significantly to his professional skill set. These include Cybersecurity for Managers, Data Mastery for Entrepreneurs, and E-commerce, each offering unique insights and practical knowledge.

Before taking the Cybersecurity for Managers training, Russell didn't know much about cyber threats. "I wasn't aware of most of the vulnerabilities associated with cyber threats such as the man in the middle, phishing, and ransomware," he admits. The training taught him about data compliance and management, which is crucial for his role as a project manager. Similarly, the Data Mastery for Entrepreneurs training opened Russell's eyes to the power of data analytics. "I didn't even understand until taking that course that I could do most of this graphical analysis and traceability," he says.

Russell has successfully applied the skills gained from TechClass in his current projects. He is currently working on a mid-sized project as a project contributor, where his contributions have significantly impacted the company's operations. "Applying this knowledge has given the company protection, future profit, and customer retention for up to 20%," he proudly states.

The flexibility and supportive learning environment of TechClass impressed Russell with its design, ensuring all necessary resources and easily accessible. "The web learning platform was designed in such a way that you don't need to look for things; they're just right in front of you," he explains. So yeah, I have been, and I will continue to do so," he asserts.
