TechClass, in partnership with Metropolia UAS, facilitated highly engaging Intensive Week Trainings, a concentrated 5-day workshop model where students gain in-depth understanding of a specific subject and earn 3 ECTS in a singular week.

Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Finland’s largest university of applied sciences, educates students in the fields of Business, Culture, Health Care and Social Services, and Technology. Metropolia is a community of 16,200 students.
Background
During our collaboration with Metropolia UAS for the Intensive Week Trainings, TechClass recognized the paramount importance of developing an engaging educational plan. Our objective was to not only captivate students' attention but also to foster an immersive learning environment that would facilitate the acquisition of comprehensive subject knowledge in a condensed time frame.
TechClass incorporated practical materials into the training structure, turning the spotlight on career-focused skills that hold real-world value. The introduction of group work and assignments was a strategic move aimed at encouraging collaborative learning and hands-on experience. TechClass ensured that students could readily apply their newly-acquired skills, making the learning process more practical and relevant.
