The international ICT Summer School is held every year in August in Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. The first Summer School was held in 2009 in its current form and it has come more and more popular since then. TechClass offered 5 training in the summer of 2017.

Background

The ICT Summer School programme consists of several intensive bachelor level courses (2 - 5 ECTS credits) taught by international partner university teachers or industry experts. Student can participate in one or more courses. Intensive courses last from one to two weeks and the lessons are either in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening. Courses can held either at Metropolia campus or online.

Objectives

With our involvement in Metropolia UAS's annual ICT Summer School, TechClass aimed to augment the educational experience by providing specialized trainings in various topics. Our objective was to deliver a practical, immersive learning experience through a focused 5-day workshop format.

Worked closely with Metropolia to design customized course content, ensuring alignment with the university's goals and current industry trends.

System Integration

Successfully integrated our services into the credit system infrastructure, including a seamless setup of the LMS and enrollment system.

Training and Support

Conducted comprehensive training for staff on utilizing the new systems and provided ongoing support for students and faculty.

Rollout
