Description
Microsoft Project is a powerful application that helps users plan and manages a wide range of projects; from meeting critical deadlines and budgets to choosing the right resources, users can be more productive and achieve better results using the project proposal feature set. Managing a project is the most critical factor in its success or failure. According to statistics, most projects are not completed on time or at the specified cost and quality, and usually, the main cause of this failure is poor project management. Planning and controlling a project without the right tools are not easy tasks, and Project is one of the best tools.
This course will introduce the students to the Microsoft Project platform. Students will get familiar with the Project interface and learn about planning principles. They will learn how to build, format, and customize a new plan, set up resources, assign resources to tasks, track progress, and view and print their plans. Students will learn about Project reports and their customization, task information and scheduling, defining and allocating resources, organizing plan details, etc. By the end of this course, students will be able to use Project as an excellent tool for project planning. They can manage their projects and plans, customize them, and track their progress.
