Without an online calendar, no remote team can function. It's a fantastic tool with uses that go beyond organizing meetings and sending invitations. Online calendars remind us of future events, eliminate all types of overlaps, and help teams keep track of each other's schedules. Calendar is Outlook's scheduling component, and it's an excellent tool for keeping track of and arranging meetings, events, projects, and activities because it's fully connected with other functions like contacts and emails. The Calendar app allows users to effortlessly establish appointments, plan meetings, record events, browse group schedules, keep and set reminders, etc. Overall, it allows users to plan their day. There is a useful feature for making meeting planning easier; the Time Zones function comes in handy when users need to plan a meeting with people in various time zones.
In this course, students will learn how to schedule and organize meetings, create and delete a Calendar group and learn to share their calendar. By the end of this course, users will work effectively with Microsoft Calendar to schedule their meetings and share their calendars through Office.
