Description
The team collaboration software market has been positively impacted by the outbreak of Covid-19 as companies, organizations, universities, and schools shifted to remote work. Teams is a multi-featured collaborative platform developed by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and provides a workspace for teams to ease communication and collaboration. It offers high-quality video conferencing, document sharing, group messaging, and voice calls. Teams users can communicate using any device since it is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. This course will introduce the students to Microsoft Teams and its use cases. Students will learn about channels and teams, how to create a team or a channel, schedule or join a meeting. They will also learn how to make private chats, group chats, and make or receive calls, insert emojis, GIFs, and stickers. Students will learn how to edit and collaborate on files and use the search feature to find what they’re looking for. They will learn about user adoption, bots, and administrator settings. By the end of this course, students will be able to create teams and channels, manage apps, use bots, and collaborate with other teammates using video conferencing tools, messaging, and call.
