Shipping policy

This policy applies exclusively to orders for products that are fulfilled directly by TechClass Digital Academy. For orders fulfilled by third-party providers, including but not limited to assessments and examinations administered by third parties, please refer to the third-party seller’s shipping and delivery policy.

Dispatch Times (Physical Products)
We strive to ship products within the following timeframes:

Personalized Products:
Statements of Participation and Certificates of Achievement: These are typically shipped 4-6 weeks after training completion or product purchase, and after you've submitted your physical certification order.

Non-personalized Products:
Merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, caps, mugs, bags, stickers, and similar items: These are generally shipped within 3 working days of your order being placed according to our Merchandise provider partner.

Statements of Participation, Certificates of Achievement, Posters, and Merchandise may be posted to you directly from our printing provider, based in a location closest to your region.

Delivery Times
Training Enrollment Invitations:
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive an email with a single-use enrollment link to start your training immediately.

Physical Products:
The delivery time for physical products is determined based on your location and region. Please note that during holiday periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on territory, weight, and the delivery service you select. The cost will be displayed prior to checkout for your convenience and transparency.

If your products do not arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team at with your order number. We're here to assist and ensure your satisfaction.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can request the tracking number and a link to track the package on the carrier's website. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
